No Return / No Refund Policy for Wild Gear Fusion

All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Refunds
All purchases made through Wild Gear Fusion are considered final. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide refunds for any products once an order is placed or items are shipped — unless otherwise stated in writing by Wild Gear Fusion.

Eligible Exceptions
We may consider a replacement, refund, or store credit only in the following limited circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective. In that case, please report the issue within [e.g. 5 days] of delivery with photo evidence and your order number.

  • We shipped the wrong item or an item that is materially different from what was described on our website.

What’s Not Eligible

  • Change of mind.

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.

  • Items where tags or original packaging is missing.

  • Custom or personalized items (if you offer any).

  • Sale / clearance items (unless you explicitly say otherwise).

 Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 Customer Responsibility (if return allowed for exception)
If we approve a return under the exceptions above, the customer may be responsible for return shipping unless the error or defect is due to our fault. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Disclosure & Acceptance
By completing a purchase through our site, the customer acknowledges and agrees that returns and refunds are not accepted, except as described. The full policy is accessible at checkout, on product pages, and in the footer of our website. We recommend customers carefully review their order before confirming purchase.

Legal & Compliance Notice
This policy does not override any legal rights to a refund, repair, or replacement that a customer may have under applicable consumer-protection laws (for example, if the product is grossly misrepresented or defective). Wild Gear Fusion reserves the right to comply with applicable laws even when this policy states “no returns or refunds.”
