  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking information if applicable.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over $300 (before taxes and after discounts).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

3. International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within United States. We do not offer international shipping.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 - 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain items, such as oversized or hazardous materials, may have shipping restrictions. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Wild Gear Fusion is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you experience any issues, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at wildgearfusion@gmail.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

7. Address Changes

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.
